This policy explains how ONE SEAM, a product of NeverRest Ai ("we"), handles information.
Account details (name, work email, phone number if you add one), the content your organization puts into ONE SEAM (messages, issues, incidents, schedules), and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
To provide the service: sign-in, notifications and paging, search, and support. We do not sell personal information.
If you add a mobile number and turn on text alerts, we use it only to send you the on-call alerts, acknowledgements and sign-in codes you asked for. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider solely to carry the messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We share information only with service providers that help us run ONE SEAM (hosting, messaging delivery), under contract, or when required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each customer's data is kept separate. Your organization controls how long its data is kept.
You can update or delete your profile details, and turn off text alerts in your notification settings or by replying STOP. To ask about your data, email support@oneseam.ai.
