ONE SEAM Alerts sends on-call alerts, incident escalations, acknowledgement confirmations and one-time sign-in codes to people who use ONE SEAM at work.
Sign in to ONE SEAM, open Profile > Notifications, enter your mobile number, tick "Text me on-call alerts", and confirm with the one-time code we text you. Each person opts in for themselves; an employer cannot opt in on your behalf.
Message frequency varies with your on-call schedule and incidents. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@oneseam.ai.
